Black Eterno garments are produced in small quantities, and many pieces are made to order. This approach helps reduce waste and supports more intentional production.
Because of this, fulfillment and shipping times may differ from traditional mass-produced retailers.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand, launches, holidays, or limited releases, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING TIMES

United States:
3–7 business days after shipment
International:
7–21 business days after shipment depending on destination and customs processing
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Los Angeles, California or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania through our trusted production and logistics partners.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges determined by your local government.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
DELAYS
Black Eterno is not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs processing
- weather conditions
- incorrect shipping information
- carrier disruptions
- circumstances outside our control
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Black Eterno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact the carrier first. If additional support is needed, contact us at team@blacketerno.com and we will do our best to assist.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
