Returns & Exchanges
Every Black Eterno piece is made to order in small quantities to reduce waste and avoid excess production.
Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for worn items, buyer’s remorse, or custom alterations.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn’t feel right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at team@blacketerno.com and we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- in original condition
- free of alterations
- accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
